PO CONTENTS AND ART SUBMISSION
- Purchase order must reference e24. (click here for sample PO)
- Order must adhere to published pricing listed in our current quarterly catalog or on
our website.
- Include contact name, email, and phone number for use in the event of after-hours
questions and issues. If an issue arises and we are unable to reach anyone, your order
may need to be resubmitted.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Preferred shipping method must be listed. (i.e. Ground, overnight, two-day, etc)
- When a shipper acct # is provided, please also provide the company name and bill to
address that the account belongs to.
- For international shipments, please provide contact name and phone number
- Up to 5 drop ships permitted - must be in case quantities.
ART FORMAT
- Artwork must be 1 color in vector format with all fonts converted to outlines. File should be
saved in .eps, .pdf, or .ai format.
- Art must be submitted to size and will be printed as is. Adjustments to art (including, but
not limited to, size, placement, orientation, typesetting, copy, and color) are not offered
with e24.
- A proof will not be provided for approval.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Client's account must be current and in good standing with ETS Express. Prepaid
accounts must supply a credit card number on the PO.
- Maximum quantity - 3,000 pieces.
- One side, two side, or wrap imprints accepted.
- Freight equalization program applies on orders with one ship to location.
The following are excluded from e24:
- h2go® omega
- Cup2go
- Paper insert tumblers
- Clearance items
- Spec samples
- Halos, bands, and precious metal imprints
- 4 color process imprints
- Special packaging
- Self promos
- Pre-production proofs
It is our intent to accept all qualifying orders for e24 service; however, factors such as production
capacity and inventory will affect availability. |
