the express line offers two shipment options when shipping into Canada. Please review the following information carefully, as this will be helpful when placing and shipping orders to Canadian destinations.

Option 1: FOB Vancouver and Toronto Pricing

Details:

Canadian price is shown online under each individual product. Please select the Canada FOB pricing tab for product price.

Pricing is in $USD
No special or EQP pricing offered. Regular column pricing on all FOB Canadian priced shipments
PO must clearly state FOB Vancouver or Toronto with currently listed price

Pricing includes Duties, Customs Clearance fees, and ground freight to Toronto or Vancouver. Orders will not actually ship to either destination, but freight costs will be pro-rated as if they had shipped from these locations. All orders will ship from Oxnard, California – USA. Freight will be billed from FOB point to SHIP TO destination

This is a paperless/electronic clearance that makes it easier to manage international shipments, and minimizes the risk of end users seeing distributor costs.

Airfreight Shipments: Customer will be billed for the difference of air freight cost and regular grounds costs to closest FOB point. (i.e. the express line will pay what ground costs would have been, customer to pay the difference)
Because of the nature of these shipments, we cannot ship on customer or 3rd party shipper numbers. Order must ship on the express line account or carrier.
Please note: Canada Province taxes will be billed by the express line. Please see Tax Matrix below for costs. Taxes will be billed based on SHIP TO destination:

After approvals of costs, paper proof, and production sample (if applicable), orders will ship as follows:

1-2 Colors Logos: 5 day* production from approvals
3 colors or more: 7-10 day* production from approvals

Please note that exact repeat orders will not be provided paper proofs for order approval unless requested at time of order

the express line will notify customer in the event that a product is on backorder. If this occurs, the express line will ship orders at a 5 day production at no additional cost. the express line will not be liable for expedited shipments to meet in hands dates due to backorders.
the express line shall not be held responsible for any shipment delays held for customs clearance. Transit times quoted by carriers do not include customs clearance times. Please plan accordingly for required in hands dates.

Option 2: FOB Oxnard, California-USA Pricing

Pricing is in $USD
PO must clearly state FOB Oxnard, California with currently listed price

Customer is responsible for all Duties, Customs Clearance fees, and freight to final destination
Accounts on terms and in good standing can provide customer or 3rd party shipper numbers (Shipping account Bill To address required for supplied shipper numbers)

Pre-Paid accounts must ship on the express line shipper or carrier

Production/Transit Time:
